Who Are We?
My name is Ciprian Olteanu, and I believe every mistake hides an opportunity, every skill can be mastered, and every space has the potential to inspire.
Since 2005 I’ve worked in Belgium, the Netherlands, for projects and end clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France as a design engineer, trainer and consultant in technical environments. Over time, I discovered two key lessons: the power of learning from mistakes, and the importance of combining technical precision with creative vision.
This led me to create CO DESIGN bv, an international brand that unites coaching, training, and creative design:
